Is it possible to just create a new account?
It is against the forum rules to create a second account anyway if you are suspended or not. If you do it during a suspension you are likely to get a longer suspension or a permanent ban.

I heard it from a friend that the information gathered on you can give a general city location and service provider... with a short search a bit more, like the building you are in. My friend also said, if the moderator wishes to block that building (address) to get to you, they better check if they are shutting down a major electronics producer before they exercise that action.
Rumor has it you can VPN to other locations if you want to break the rules and get another account (or three), and if you are discovered, prepare for a lifeban... or VPN again.

Seriously, a new account to circumvent a suspension will probably result in a permanent suspension. There are all sorts of way to infer that a new account is an existing user, please don't test me.
