i am working on small project i am just trying to develop a wearable wrist band which will just simple detect sweat on skin , sensors which will just detect weather person is Sweating or not .
Perhaps you can detect the change in skin resistance, or possibly detect a change in current generated by two dissimilar metal metal pads attached to the skin.

Skin resistance is a very good way to detect sweating as sweat glands opening provides lots of high conductance paths for current. Use very low ac current and stainless steel electrodes to prevent electrolysis and skin-discolouration.
