I'm new here, and I have for now found a few topics where I want to post some relpies and ask for more information. But somehow I can't find any reply button anywhere..

Clearly you are. What happens when you try to reply? There are no mind readers here.
in all the other threads I see no reply button. That's the problem. 
Are you able to reply via "Quick Reply"?

Can you take a screen shot of a page without a REPLY button and post a copy of it here ?
The REPLY button is normally at the bottom of the page.
