As you may have seen, I'm having some issues with the Arduino Project Hub.
Now Arduino, or the bot that checks everything, simply deleted my project! I also had to write the text together laboriously! Why did you delete this project - I don't know. Many say because I entered something wrong. But what? What was missing? Nobody knows. Because we have a bot here (a bot is even worse than an AI!). There was the discussion about AI in the forum, but there was never a discussion about a bad bot in the Project Hub?! Why?
I created a community hub for your projects on Hackster!
I look forward to your projects that will not be deleted there and not controlled by a bot!
I would be happy if you take part!
Best regards,
cloudDev
The response times from "Arduino" can vary between a couple of hours to "how long is a piece of string"
It is not uncommon for some to never be answered.
Have about 4 requests in the system and zero response since early March.
Some were Privacy concerns so would have expected at least a minimal reply.
IIRC Carlos was still head of actual support.
Sorry I don't remember his call name "@etc"
You are sorry. They look that they can publish the project now. The projects are controlled by real people and, if necessary, they rewrite the text.
They really wanted to close the ticket.
I'm having the same exact issue. I try to upload an Arduino Project, and it stays in the Pending Review category for weeks! Then when it's published, it doesn't even go out to the public, and now my projects are corrupt it says. I noticed this happening since the site got a new interface, I like it and all, but now it's impossible to upload projects. There also seems to be a lack in new projects lately, so maybe it's also happening to other people?
Hey @cloudDev - We were notified of your concern regarding projects being slow to appear on the Arduino platform hub and have worked with their team to adjust the settings. You should have an easier time using their official page now. Remember, to add a project to a platform hub, you simply have to add the part in your project's BOM list. Learn more from the help doc: How do I add my project to a platform hub? | Hackster.io Help Center
Since both platforms were discussed here, I think I should clarify that Arduino Project Hub and Hackster.io are now two completely separate platforms with separate support systems. So if you are contacting support, make sure to contact the support for the platform you are using.
For problems with projects published on Arduino Project Hub, the correct contact channel is this form:
It is maybe a bit confusing for anyone who is not already familiar with the subject because Arduino Project Hub used to be built on the Hackster.io framework and projects submitted to Arduino Project Hub were also published on Hackster.io.
Arduino's developers recently did a complete remake Arduino Project Hub as a standalone platform completely unrelated to Hackster.io:
so there is no longer that inherent connection between the two platforms as was the case in years past.
