Is it possible to connect the Arduino Wi-Fi shield to the Arduino Nano? If so, what ins between the two boards need to be connected? Can I use jumper wire to connect the two? Thanks!

I am no expert but it should be possible. From the arduino web-sight Arduino communicates with both the Wifi shield's processor and SD card using the SPI bus (through the ICSP header).
