You need motor controllers too.
I don't see this happening in a month for you, timeframe sounds too aggressive when you have so little defined to start.
So my deadline is March 2012... However, I need to finish most of hardware part before February....
So I am not sure what motor controller means... What I am thinking is, if the car moving forward, arduino just output a high voltage to front motors and a low voltage to back wheels...
do it reversely for moving backward... so any recommendation for motor controller?
I don't mean to belittle your skills or determination, but your comments so far don't give the impression that you'd be able to design and build it from scratch in the timescale you're describing.
Think about buying one rather than designing your own. There are plenty of Robot specialist forums and suppliers where you can buy very nice working robots off the shelf, or plans/parts to build your own.
