When my XIAO is plugged in, the PC won't startup. Maybe the PC wants to find the OS from XIAO since it like a drive?
This problem makes it very hard to release a XIAO (arduino) based product to end users.
Any pointer?

A XIAO is not an Arduino. Not wanting to chase you away but Seeed has their own forum which might be a better place to ask this specific question: https://forum.seeedstudio.com/
I've moved your topic to a more suitable location on the forum.
I tried my Arduino Zero, which has the same processor, it will prevent my PC from booting up too
Hi @xc2947
Which bootloaders are you using for your Xiao and Arduino Zero?
Also, what OS are you running on your PC? Have you tried using a different PC and does this exhibit the same behaviour? Faulty USB cables can also be an issue.
Actually, XIAO and Arduino Zero with factory default would do the same
The PC runs Windows 10, 64-bit, Pro , but not my other Windows 10 pcs doesn't have the same problem
On the problem PC, I can plug XIAO and Arduino Zero in after it is booted and everything works fine
Sounds like a problem with that particular PC, not with the microcontroller.
Sounds like you need to disable USB boot options in your BIOS/UEFI, or at least deprioritize it to your hard drive.
Thanks!
