I recently built an arduino single sided version s3v3, the problem is that when i plugin the power and the serial nothing happens. Can anybody help me with this problem?

What bootloader is flashed onto the ATmega328?
What measurements have you taken to determine if the board is working?
What schematic did you use? What parts? How are we supposed to figure out what's wrong when you don't provide the information? That's like driving to your car mechanic, handing over the keys, and say 'fix it' ...
nothing happens
Nothing happens? Does the board not have a power-on led and even it doesn't light up? If not check your power source.
