mini smd chip name is F163. I search google and not found.
how to 600ma to 1A ?
You can't.
The markings on the chip are a code, because modern devices are too small to fit a complete part
number, so unless you know the manufacturer and the type of device its not much use.
If its a 0.6A supply, its a 0.6A supply (actually it probably struggles at 0.5A, people like
to exagerate). The whole circuit and components will be the bare minimum spec they can
get away with, most likely.
