Try removing all the Java, and after that try the Arduino IDE 1.5.8 BETA.

after deinstalling all ( Java, Arduino) deleting the libary and sketches still the same, is a skandal that software for a comercial product is not working and there is no support...

Did you try JavaRa ?
Did your remove the Arduino from the "Program Files (x86)" ?
Perhaps you could run error checking on the harddisk: "This PC", right click on harddisk, Properties, Tools, Check. And restart after that.
Did you download the Arduino IDE 1.5.8 *.zip file and run the zip file from a folder in your home folder ?

In most cases, some files of Java are still on the computer. Some Java versions are not compatible with the Arduino software (which has its own subset of Java). My best guess is that there are still some Java files on your computer.

You can try another computer.

The Arduino IDE (the software) is free and so is my time trying to help you  It's not all that bad 8)

In your folder ......Libraries\Documents there should be an Arduino's folder, rename for Arduino.old, that should fix the problem.
