Could you provide a more detail about the project?
First of all - it is not clear to what board the TFT will be connected - to ESP32 or to Uno?

have you considered a CYD_2.4inch_ESP32 - ESP32 and TFT on a single module - main problem is limited IO facilities - check user manual or schematic
