Can anyone tell me how to connect this to my Arduino Mega

Most 800x480 displays are 40-pin.

There are several makers of 40-pin Adapter Shields for Mega and some for a Due.

Your 3.3V display has 34-pins and until recently, I had never seen a 34-pin Adapter Shield.
I can't remember the recent Topic on this Displays Forum. But the writer had a 34-pin 240x320 display that came with a 34-pin Adapter Shield.

Unfortunately the link showed the particular display+shield package but it was not possible to buy the Shield separately.

Wait for a bit. Perhaps another reader might know where to buy a 34-pin Adapter Shield.

Otherwise you will have to make your own adapter with 21 level shifters for the TFT.

I do not know where you will find an Arduino library for the OTM8009A controller.
But there is no point in worrying about a library until you have sorted out all your level shifters.

Life would be simpler with a Due. It has proper 3.3V GPIO.

David.
