36V power output stepping down and piggybacking

Good evening

Very new to all of this any help would be much appreciated,I have taken a keen interest in starting out trying to make a linear actuator work as a nice little project for home, I have a nema 23 high torque stepper motor which the PSU has an output of 36V running to the stepper motor driver, the other two 36V outlets I was hoping to step down one supply from 36V to 12V to use as a power supply for two 12V cooling fans on this same power supply is it possible to also put another step down from the 12V supply down to 5V to use as power for the Arduino uno microprocessor ? Wondering also if a 36V circuit breaker or some safety device would be necessary on the 36V power supply to the stepper driver and also if any fuses would be needed after the driver for stepper motor etc ?

Is this regulated or unregulated?

My apologies I am actually unsure of this, the PSU is a Meawell LRS-350-36. 230V in 36V out, I am quite certain it's a regulated supply.

The LRS-350-36 only has one output.

One output as in 36V, sorry I meant there are 3 screw jacks for +V and three for -V so does this mean I can have three different power outlets at 36 V ?

It's just one output with 3 connections, not 3 separate supplies.
You can connect a step-down converter to 12V for the fans but I would step down the 12 V to 9V and connect to the Uno Vin.
