i'm looking for the dimensioned drawing of the A000024 ethernet shield, but didn't find it.
does anyone have it? i need it to draw a shell for my project.

I'm not an Eagle user, but I believe that in this file there will be the dimensions of the shield:

The Eagle files (board layout and schematic capture) probably won't be much help. I imported them into KiCad and they only show a 2D layout. They don't show the height of the Ethernet connector or the height of the SD Card slot.
Your best bet is to wait for the board to arrive and measure it.

the good thing about this forum is that we always learn.
I use Kicad a lot, but I didn't know I could import files from eagle.

I have imported the shield file into Kicad and using the measurement tool I got these dimension values in the attached figure.
