So, you know how to detect a line, but you can't change the color of an LED? Amazing.

Obviously, he is using more than one sensor. A line following robot always uses at least two. Usually 3 or 5. Otherwise, it is difficult to follow the line with any speed.

Might I humbly suggest that you get over it.
