Adapting large USB led matrix displays to arduino

Hi everyone!

I am looking to create a large led matrix screen with dynamically updated information on it sent over wifi using my own programs.

Many of the large ready built led matrix screens that can be purchased seem to be configured with a usb method for setting what is displayed on them / or custom app.

Has anyone seen if you take them apart, whether they have a similar connection to smaller led matrix screens inside or if I'd be better off purchasing multiple smaller led matrix screens and putting them next to each other?

These type of screens are what I mean:

Example 1

Example 2

Example 3

Thank you for any and all advice!

The generic name for the RGB panels is HUB75. An ESP32, and many other processors, can drive these kinds of displays. For example,

Raspberry Pi boards can also drive them but Pi boards are hard to get these days.

Adafruit and SparkFun sell cables and RGB panels as well. And they have tutorials to help those getting started.
