ADSAMD21G18 Programming Problems

Hello,

I am currently working on a custom Board featuring the ATSAMD21G18 but I have problems Programming it.
Which pins of the ATMEL-ICE do I have to connect to which pins of the µCu?
And which Settings do I have to select in the Arduino IDE?

Here is what I do. Not the same SAM so ignore the pin numbers, but the connection should be the same I think.
