Custom Arduino zero board cannot see mcu with atmel ice

Hi guys,

I have made a custom arduino zero board for a project of mine, but I can't get atmel ice to recognize the device over SWD.

I want to flash the arduino bootloader to ATSAMD21G18A-AU microcontroller. So that I can use arduino code to program the MCU.

I'm not sure if I have made my circuit correct or if the pins are connected correctly on the board?

I am using a 10 pin squid connector from the atmel. This one
10 pin squid connector

For SWD SAM connection, is pin 1 Vtref?
and is pin 10 nReset?
Im a bit confused on the pinout as I have found online that the pins are the wrong way around. But are the labels on the squid connector correct?
