ADXL362 giving zeros output with Arduino Uno

Hi, I am trying to use the ADXL362 to measure acceleration. I have the following wiring: 3.3V arduino uno outout going to sensor V+ and arduino ground going to sensor ground. I have pins 9, 10, 11, and 12 going from the arduino to a voltage divider which is outputting 3.3V that connects to the CS, MISO, MOSI, and SCK. I am trying to run simpleread from the examples sketch but I keep getting zero reading. I only get a response if the sensor is tapped relatively strongly, at which point there is an output in the several thousands for one reading. I have attached images of the circuit layout and would appreciate any advice!

Output I am seeing:
X=0. Y=0. Z=0. TEMP=0
X=0. Y=0. Z=0. TEMP=0
X=0. Y=0. Z=0. TEMP=0
X=0. Y=0. Z=0. TEMP=0
X=0. Y=0. Z=0. TEMP=0

For informed help, please read the "How to use this forum" post, and follow the directions carefully.

I'm sorry, I checked but what could I include to provide more information?

  1. Post the code, using code tags.

  2. Post a hand-drawn wiring diagram (not Fritzing), clearly showing all the connections with pin labels.
