Aircraft Display possible?

I have an experimental aircraft (12v) and am trying to measure and display:

-differential pressure (0-25 inches of water or ~6 Kpa) - 4 sensors
-temperature (0-120C) from 4 or 5 senders
-other inputs, tbd

  • Displayed on a high brightness color screen of ~ 4-7 inches.

Nothing is commercially available (esp at a reasonable price).

Is this practical or feasible? I’m semi clever (I built the plane), but not an electrical engineer and my rudementary programming was years ago.

It can certainly be done with an Arduino. Which one rather depends on the specifics of what sensors and display you choose. You may also need extra hardware to interface to some sensors.
