Hello, i cant understand why it`s happening:
All LEDs on my board are ON. Code is working, but it annoys me. I tried to Google it, rechecked code.. But have no clues/ideas.
Your picture does not show the connections to the Arduino that we need to see. What is connected to pins 0 and 1? Can you draw and post a schematic of your project? Also, please post your code. There is no way to help you without more information.

There is no need, I think. I have many of those particular boards. The LEDs are the same as on a standard Uno... power, LED_BUILTIN, TX, RX.
Disconnect all the hardware and check the lights again.
