Hello, I have planned to build a Rc tank with a paintball turret. I was about to gather all the materials but then I bought a android tablet and had the idea it would be a lot cooler if i could control the tank with that. I searched online and figured id use arduino. I have never used this before so my question is what boards and shields would i need for such a project? I know I need the UNO board and a bluetooth chip. Writing the codes will be a problem for later but i already know c++. Maybe i am getting into something way over my head but theres only one way to find out and thats to just try

Good luck! Just try to tackle one part at a time. Like the pan on the turret and then once you have the hardware and code together (and it's working properly). Save that and start a new sketch for the next part. Then combine them. Just take you're time with and know that it's not going to be done overnight, enjoy the project sounds fun!
Thanks and i will take it slow, however I dont know what hardware to use at least not the hardware that will make this thing more of a bot.
