has anyone ordered anything from them?

People this is my first post in this forum, no replys , this forum is dead.

Or maybe you're too impatient...

I haven't bought from bizoner.com before, but they do have a page with info about shipping. Best route apparently can take up to 14 workdays, which translates to almost 3 complete weeks. Bought on Ebay and sent from Hong Kong (where Bizoners stock apparently is located),I've received a few items within 2 weeks in Europe, others took two to three times longer.

So far I've received everything I've ordered in 4 years though and with a bit of luck you will too.

Tracert places the bizoner website in Utah. However they could be shipping from anywhere on the planet. My own experience of Far East suppliers is that most of them are terrible commmunicators. They take you momey, ship the product and say nothing.

The website looks to be OK but you really cannot tell.

PayPal, at least in the UK, offers buyer protection and if the goods do not arrive in the next week or so, you should inform PayPal of the non-delivery. If the goods do not arrive, you will get a refund from PayPal.

In truth, you are far, far better off buying from better known (and perhaps slightly higher priced) suppliers in the future.

Lastly, we are not dead, just sleeping on a Saturday morning :).

It looks like bizoner are a US outfit.

I say this because they use USPS as one of their shiooing options and there is a US order email address there too. This means that they must be keeping some stock in the US.

If they are in the US, then it makes PayPal's job of recovery easier, I think.

Chinese suppliers are very much at the mercy of their shippers. Items are taking an extremely long time to ship right now. I'm routinely seeing 3-4 weeks from order until items arrive, especially from China. Note that this is not typically the fault of the merchant.

If you need fast turn-around, go with a large distributed vendor instead (digi-key, mouser, jameco, etc.). You will pay more but will know where your stuff is.

Shouldn't you have asked this BEFORE placing the order? There have been complaints about them before.
