Got a board that pretty much instantly crashed out and tried to return it. Did the online return form and it said I would be sent a mailing label but that was almost two weeks ago. What’s the deal?

yes. i did. about two weeks ago and got no reply.
If the report passes trough Italy, don't expect anything to happen before september.. 
buy 10 boards on AliExpress for the same price and you get a good chance that 9 are working well.
why’s that? And I only get a month to return it so that seems kinda scammy..
I allways get my stuff from AliExpress in less then 2 weeks (China to Chile) and electronic stuff is that cheap that it is not worth to claim if a piece out of ten does not work. (actually on my 482 orders since 2021 I only had 3 claims and all of them were refunded without sending back anything)
Hi @normalice. Check your email account's spam folder. It is possible you did receive a response from Arduino support, but your email service incorrectly identified it as spam and filtered it into the spam folder, so you didn't see it.

and I’ve checked my spam box somewhat frequently but haven’t seen anything.
