Hello, I´m doing practises in school and our teacher sent us this:

Taking into account that our RGB LED is common cathode, create a program and assemble the circuit so that the intensity of the LED in the colors red, green, and blue respectively increases progressively (remember what you learned in the PWM outputs block).

The pins to which we will connect the RGB LED will be pins 9, 10, and 11. The time elapsed between color changes will be 15 milliseconds.

Remember that in this practice you must indicate (with screenshots) both the TinkerCad code and the Arduino code (creating the necessary functions).
I don´t understand what It means, I´ve searched and I don´t know what is FOR sentence, THIS IS FOR ARDUINO BLOCKS

Can you explain with some more words?

What exactly have you been asked to do and where have you seen the reference to the "FOR sentence" ?
