So every time i turn on my Arduino braccio with the arm already built and everything, the only thing that happens is the 5 motor just blinks red and sometimes green(on the braccio carrier) like an off-and-on button. I don't know what to do so can someone please help
Ensure that you add(or update to the latest version) the Braccio++ and LVGL libraries via the library manager. Then from the IDE's files - examples - Arduino_Braccio_Plusplus - Tools, run Test_Motor_Communication sketch.
Next open the serial monitor and test the motor (after checking it is plugged into the right socket on the carrier).

Posting an annotated schematic as you have wired it will go a long way in getting your problem solved. Frizzy pictures are missing a lot of needed information and are basically a useless wiring diagram.
