Arduino Cloud and RPi Pico?

Are there any plans to allow Arduino Cloud users to use the RPi Pico, at least for the programming?

Thanks!

[Moved to a more suitable location than installation troubleshooting]

it is in the Web Editor but with the Arduino mbed core, not with the Earle Philhower core

I haven't actually used Arduino Cloud yet, so I didn't understand a word of that.... sorry! Can you point me to a place where I can learn what you meant?

Thanks!

a place to start : https://cloud.arduino.cc

you asked a question about programming in Arduino Cloud. The programming part is called Web Editor.

a place to start : https://cloud.arduino.cc

I did go there, but could not find a reference to the RPi Pico (I'm not that much of a newbie! :slightly_smiling_face: )

Thanks to @Juraj for pointing me at the terms that I needed to lookup. It seems quite hard to locate Arduino Cloud specific documentation, but I guess that's what google is for - if you have the right terms!

Incidentally, after a brief look at mbed vs Earl Philhower, is there any advantage to the latter now that mbed has incorporated the Pico?

Thanks!

the Arduino IoT cloud supports a very limited set of Arduino boards with the ECC508 crypto chip on board and esp8266 and esp32.

I see. So his supports all RP2040 boards even without the crypto chip.
So the Pico must have one as I know they use them for the cameras.

Thanks for your help!

not in "Arduino IoT Cloud"

Another gnomic response!
