Arduino Cloud with Sim card

Hello folks,

Maybe someone can help me and recommend a way to connect an Arduino or another board to the Arduino IoT Cloud using a cellular connection with a SIM card.
I need to make more than one unit of my project, and the hardware cost is important to me.
The MKR GSM 1400 and MKR NB 1500 are too expensive.
