Hi I have built stand alone Arduino Due based on the circuit of Arduino DUE Schematic.
I wanted to use both Programming port and Native USB Port.
I am able to communicate using Native USB Port.
But i am unable to communite using Programming port. I have updated the firmware to ATMEGA16U2 also.
Please help me if anything i am missing.
