Arduino Ethernet Bootloader

According to the Arduino blog, the bootloader for the Arduino Ethernet has already been developed.

We have incorporated some of the feedback we got from the last ethernet shield and have created a new bootloader that lets you upload code to the board via TFTP and discover them on the network via a broadcast protocol

I am interested in getting a bootloader like this running on my Uno so that I can remotely upload code updates. Is the code for this new bootloader in the repository or publicly available in any way? I would like to see if I can use it on the Uno, or at least modify the Uno's bootloader, using this one as a reference.
