Same problem here,
sadly Arduino is not supporting Win7 anymore

announced already wit 2.0.0.. now with 2.2 it comes true i guess :frowning:

even VS Code is not supporting Win7 so Platform-IO is difficult as well..
I Use Linux, no problem at all..
