Arduino IDE Window's top right buttons missing ( minimize/maximize/close)

hello everybody,

I'v installed Arduino IDE ARM 32bit on my Rpi 4, but just to find out that all the top right buttons on the ide window are missing, and i can not drag and move the ide window also... don't know how to fix it. have try to reinstall , still encounter same situation.. appreciate if someone can help, tks!

sorry for the mistake, problem solved already.
