Arduino just stopped working

Hello everybody.

I just bought Arduino Due board and was able to upload my first sketch, then tried to upload the second project sketch and it refused.I Went for erase and reset buttons, nothing happened. I am/was running on board Genuino, port COM1, Programmer USBTinyISP. My system is windows 8 and Below is my error.

avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x28

Its really hard to believe that the arduino is on COM1. Look in the device manager with the board plugged in to see what the port is. Make sure the correct boaed is selected as well.
