Arduino Leonardo - Two times i2c?

Hello,
need help. There is i2c on the Arduino UNO at A4 and A5. On Leonardo there are SDL and SCL named pins. My question is: is there also a second I2C bus on A4 and A5 pins?

No. The SDA and SCL pins were added because the I2C interface of the ATmega16u2 is not on the A4 and A5 pins like on the ATmega328P.
