The screenshot shows the typical output of a successful upload without verbose output enabled for IDE 2.x. What confuses people the most is that it's in red.
As far as I can remember, I have not seen that output in IDE 1.x if verbose output is disabled. I'm currently running a 32 bit Linux with IDE 1.8.19 and it does not show that output if I disable verbose output.

The problem now is that when it is connected to the computer, the LED for the letter L flashes slowly and intermittently. This is a picture from the device manager.

I raised the problem from another account because the current account was temporarily suspended, and the problem was solved
The reason is that I moved the file to another folder and the tool was still working on the old folder path
