Arduino Micro with pins

Hello!

I am looking to buy an Arduino Micro with pins already attached underbeath the board. The images for the Arduini Micro purchase page shows Arduino Micro with pins images. The purchase page doesn’t have any contents information (that I’m aware of). My question is that does the arduino come with pins already attached to the underneath of the board?
Any help would be appreciated

Thanks!

I only ever bought one, and afaicr the pins were attached.

Did you buy the Arduino Micro from the arduino website and the pins were attached to the board when you got it?

No I bought it from a walk-in shop, and I think the pins were attached.

Hmm okay. It would be weird if the website only shows images of the board with pins attached to it and doesn't include it in the package.

I would say if the picture shows it as attached than it probably is.

I have purchased several of these, they all had the headers, but only one of them had the header attached. That was one I had purchased from the Arduino store.

Ahh so every board came with the pins, but only one of your purchases had the pins attached to the board when it came. I really would prefer that the pins always came attached beacuase I don't know how to attach them myself. Thanks for your input.

edit: Did you mean that the boards that didn't have their pins attached were not purchased from the arduino store, and the one that came attached with pins were from the arduino store?

You should probably learn to solder, then

Yea, I know I should. I'm just afraid to mess something up. Also, I don't want to buy the tools necessary for soldering.

The boards that were attached came from the Arduino Store. The ones where I had to attach them came from Amazon.

I would suggest that you do learn how to solder as you will find it a skill that will come in handy. Soldering these pins is not hard nor complex.

I might try to learn soldering in the future. Thanks for the help.

There are two different Arduino Micro product listings sold in the Arduino Store:

Arduino Micro

This board comes with the headers soldered.

Arduino Micro without headers

This board comes without headers.
