I understand that if mySwitch is pressed (ie D2 goes to 0V), AND if the testLedTIMER is disabled AND if the meSwitch.lastState is closed, the testLED is turned on. I got that part.

• When the switch is closed you should see the test LED turn on.
  If you close the switch over and over and over again, the LED should now go out after its timeout period.
  Once it times out, it will then go ON again if the switch is pushed.
  - In other words, the repeating pushes on the switch does not prevent the LED from timing out.
