I want to control 12V led strip (GS8208) with arduino nano.
Will it work like on attachment?
Yes once you add a series resistor to the data line between 220 to 470R and a 1000uF captor on the power and ground pins to the strip and wire the power and ground also to the end of the strip.
In the software make sure and tell it that the strip only has one third of the number of LEDs it actually has.

No I refuse to make a Fritzing crap physical layout diagram. It serves no educational purpose and is a dead end as those sorts of diagrams convey nothing except how to wire up something without engaging your brain.
This sort of diagram pollutes the Internet and a simple search would have brought up many examples like this one
