Arduino Nano 33 iot isn't connecting to the cloud

I am using Arduino Nano 33 Iot in my project. but, the nano isn't connecting to the cloud. can somebody help me to connect the Arduino Nano 33 iot device to the cloud.

What cloud service are you using. Try using it first with arduino IoT cloud so that you can verify that your board is working properly

Try updating the firmware following Update the firmware for WiFiNINA and WiFi101 and then follow this guide Getting Started With the Arduino IoT Cloud
