Hello,
I am using an Arduino Nano BLE 33 and need a transistor that works with a nano-output voltage. Does anyone have any recommendations or know of this kind of transistor? Thanks.

There are many transistors. Can you tell us precisely what you will use yours for?
Something in an NPN should do.
We need a transistor that can work with a nano's output voltage and is capable of handling that type of voltage. We are building a circuit that interferes with an e-bike brake.
Is there any specific type of NPN transistor that works well with an Arduino Nano 33 BLE?
2N3904, PN2222
there are many, those are 'plentiful'
yes. But it depends on how much current the transistor will need to pass.
you will need to provide more detail of how you intend to do that. Will you be grounding a point or interfering with the positive supply?
You will need an PNP and an NPN.
