I´m running Windows 7 and i´ve connected everything right but it doesn´t work at all. I´ve got an Original arduino ofcourse and I can not find it in my ports.
What does Windows Device Manager say when you connect the Nano? Does something show up?
nope, nothing show up.
Does the power LED light up? Does it run the blink sketch that usually comes preloaded?
If Windows does not see it:
1)
Bad cable; try other ones.
2)
Bad connections; make sure the cable is plugged in properly in both the PC and the Nano.
3)
Try other PC if possible.

- it sees the arduino now but can't see it in my arduino software
- already tried 3
So Windows now shows a COMx in Device Manager for the Arduino. In principle the IDE should also see it; close IDE and open it again.
If the device cannot be found in the Device Manager/Ports, try to change the cable and reconnect your Arduino again.
If it can be found in the Device Manager but cannot be recognized by the Arduino IDE, try to search and download the driver in the IDE: Tools/board/board manager and then restart your IDE.
