Arduino Nano rp2040 factory reset

My rp2040 board couldn't open COM port so I followed the instructions on the website:

https://support.arduino.cc/hc/en-us/articles/4404168794514-Nano-RP2040-Connect-not-being-detected-on-USB-port* 목록 항목

and I used blink.ino.elf.uf2 file and it seemed to work.

But the problem is that the reset doesn't seem to end over an hour.
Even after rebooting my computer, it won't stop.
So I uploaded my code, and it went back and failed to open the port.

Should I just leave it until it ends?

I've moved your topic to a more suitable location on the forum. I'm not familiar with your board so can't advise.

Apart from "Factory Reset" suggested in the guide https://support.arduino.cc/hc/en-us/articles/4404168794514-Nano-RP2040-Connect-not-being-detected-on-USB-port, did you try hard reset after doing factory reset?

If you have tried combination of the options given the guide and the issue still persist, then contact Arduino Tech Suport via https://www.arduino.cc/en/contact-us/
