Cross-posting is against the Arduino forum rules. The reason is that duplicate posts can waste the time of the people trying to help. Someone might spend a lot of time investigating and writing a detailed answer on one topic, without knowing that someone else already did the same in the other topic.
The fact that you were not getting assistance as soon as you would like does not give you an exemption from the forum rules. You need to be patient. The helpers here on the forum are ordinary humans with "real life" obligations and the need to sleep. It is allowed to "bump" your post after a couple of days have passed (but not sooner) without any response in order to get the attention of the helpers here. When you do that, you should provide an update of the things you have tried and the results you got (surely you should have taken the initiative to do some research and experimentation over the course of those days).
Repeated cross-posting can result in a suspension from the forum.
In the future, please only create one topic for each distinct subject matter. This is basic forum etiquette, as explained in the "How to get the best out of this forum" guide. It contains a lot of other useful information. Please read it.
