Arduino(or other) postalbox alert SMS(only)

Hello,
As part of a business project, I am looking for a micro-company that could help us to:

  • Configure a programmable module (ESP32, Arduino, etc.), it doesn't matter which one.
  • It should be able to detect movement in a small box.
  • Send an SMS (not LoRa, Bluetooth, or WiFi).
  • Be autonomous (18xxx battery).

Of course, I have a more detailed specification document to submit.

Although it is not imperative, if the company is able to produce up to 5000 units of the product after building the prototype, it would certainly be a plus.
