Arduino Pro Micro ATmega 32U4 not recognize on MacOS

Hi.. I have an Arduino Pro Micro ATmega32U4 5V/16MHz I try to record the blink example and it works perfect on Windows, but when I tried to upload the code using a macOS Catalina 10.15 I got this error

I have the same problem on Mac OS catalina, maybe... you can use a Arduino Uno as isp for programming your pro micro...
