Arduino Pro Micro: Programmer antwortet nicht mehr

Morgen,
Ich hab mir 3 Arduino Pro Micro (Klone von SparkFun) geholt und wollte einfach mal ein wenig mich mit der Elektronik vertraut machen da ich Elektrik (als Elektriker) ja schon kann. Ich nutze Arch Linux und der "Pro Micro" ist unter "/dev/ttyACM*" zu finden, also da keine Probleme. Erkannt vom System wird er auf jedenfall.
Nun zu meinem Anliegen ich habe versucht meinen "Pro Micro" zu programmieren und rum kam dabei das hier:

Ich habe schon Google nach solchen und ähnlichen Problemen gefragt, allerdings kam dabei nichts rum was mir im Endeffekt weiterhalf.
Ich denke das ich den Programer irgendwie zerschossen habe.
Die RXLed leuchtet beim einstecken des "Pro Micro" zwei mal kurz auf und die grüne "Power" LED an dem Micro leuchtet durchgehend also kann ich davon ausgehen das der Bootloader nicht "gebrickt" ist.

Falscher Menuepunkt!
Denn zum Bootloader brennen brauchst du einen ISP Adapter.

Nutze den normalen Upload Knopf
Drücke 2 mal Reset vor dem Upload.

Huch ich seh grad das ich um einen Textblock verutscht bin, das oben ist wahrscheinlich ein vergebener versuch das Board wieder zum laufen zu bringen, weil ich dachte der Bootloader wäre schrott.
Ich hab auch grad einen anderen Pro Micro mit dem "Arduino Leonardo" mit der IDE zum laufen gebracht.

Der Sketch verwendet 18.860 Bytes (65%) des Programmspeicherplatzes. Das Maximum sind 28.672 Bytes.
Globale Variablen verwenden 1.471 Bytes (57%) des dynamischen Speichers, 1.089 Bytes für lokale Variablen verbleiben. Das Maximum sind 2.560 Bytes.
