Arduino Pro Mini pinout dimensions - 3D Case

Hey all, I'm looking to find the exact dimensions of the pins used in Arduino Pro Minis.

I am currently working on creating a 3D case for my Pro Mini and sensors. I want the Pro Mini to 'click' into the case itself to create a perfect fit. For this I need the dimensions of the pins used, seems a simple task but I cannot find a consistent answer online. Perhaps I should use different terminology.

I gathered some info from 3D CAD models, but they are community models and differ slightly in dimensions. The most popular answer I read was 0.025 inch2, which comes down to 0.16 cm2 or 0.4 x 0.4cm. This sizing seems off from 3D models.

Hope anyone can clarify this!

I would download Eagle files (if any) and measure some dimensions there.
Or just buy the thing (or things if there are more variants) and measure using calipers.

Then create a case that best fits all these variants.
Insert a statement in your description: "This case is compatible with following models:..."

Hope it helps

The sizes of 'Pro Minis' varies a lot.

No standard that I can see.

Different pinouts as well.
