Arduino Starter Kit & Free tutorial book

The instructions say there are several projects in the tutorial book but what I got was 2 total. first one to make a led blink at 1 sec intervals and then mod the sketch to 200ms intervals. Second one was to put in a switch to turn an led on while the switch was held closed.
That's not "several" in my dictionary.
What I learned is how to plug in components and a very basic idea of how the breadboard is laid out. I have no idea what to do next.
I'm really not happy with the "book" and would like to know where I can find real projects that are useful. I bought the starter kit because I found a project on how to build a Antenna Analyzer and I wanted to know more about how it would work on a more basic scale than they give me.
Can someone point me at some real world projects that I can become more familiar with my Arduino Uno from building?
Thanks
Chris

Have you looked at the examples in the IDE ?
There is a section for the starter kit and, of course, many more

look in the Project Hub at this site

Look at the top of this web page under RESOURCES then TUTORIALS

If there's something specific you are interested in learning use the search at the top right (magnifying glass) to search for things that interest you; it's likely someone has asked about it on here at some time.
