I am trying to program this chip (attached datasheet) using arduino Uno. More specifically I want to store some values in its registers..

The chip already has ATmega microcontroller but we've disabled it to be able to use the arduino Uno. I am using the evaluation board in the project.. the thing is that it has registers (pic attached) need to be filled with some values .. in normal cases we would connect the chip to the pc and configure it using its software but in our case we cant as its microcontrller is disabled.. if you know what I mean...
