How do i fix the issue? Ch340 have already been installed. Please help
The UNO doesn't use the CH34x chips for the USB2serial conversion. Install the right drivers.
I'm having the same issue but it's only started happening in the last week and it's only an intermittent issue. So I would assume the correct drivers have been installed for the last year or so since I began arduinoing. Any other possible causes / fixes someone can suggest?
Verify your USB cable is for data. Some USB cables are power only. I also find that unplug-plugin sometimes wakes up the IDE.
